Origin and Global Reach
Innovation Learning Systems Inc. (ILS) is a Canadian company incorporated in 2014 and headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. It was originally established to manage, distribute, and safeguard work created by Yogi Akal, including digital, audio, and video content, as well as consulting and business-to-business engagements. From the outset, this work was developed for senior leaders, institutions, and organizations with an international reach.
Licensing and Education
In 2025, Innovation Learning Systems expanded into global licensing and education, pioneering structured models for the responsible use and transmission of intellectual property. This work introduced new approaches within yogic and integrative education, establishing clear pathways for learning, application, and international participation.
